How to use The Ballet Body Online Studio

Our results-driven online studio is designed specifically to help you build strength and tone targeted muscle groups. If you know what muscle group you are wanting to work on, you can start by picking a workout from one of the specific sections. eg: 'Lower Body.'

If you are wanting to pick a workout based on how you are feeling, you can also pick from the Relaxing, Satisfying or Intense categories found here.

Each workout video can range from 10-60mins long so that you can stack the specific workouts how you like. Depending on how much time you can dedicate to a workout, this is a great way to pick and choose what works for you. We recommend choosing up to two to three workout videos 4-5 times a week to see results in the studio. We also recommend to beginners to pick one workout and do that over the course of a week to become familiar with the movements. We encourage repetition.

If you're the type that enjoys just following along to a set plan, there is also the Workout Programs available that you can follow. You can follow along with a checklist and we even send you reminders to help you stay accountable!

Each week there will be new uploads to follow along to. The new uploaded video structure and content will vary.

Remember that Ballet Body is a ballet-inspired fitness brand, so we believe that consistency and perseverance will help you achieve your goals.
