This is a powerful full body workout for all fitness levels. This class is based predominantly on your mat. There are segments of low impact cardio added in to get your heart rate up! Expect to increase muscle definition, burn body fat and improve posture. We will take your balance, technique and posture to the next level, whilst sculpting and defining the muscles with the use of bands, sliders and weights to feel that famous BB BURN. LEVEL - A class designed for all. If pre or post natal, please advise in the booking notes so that we can make modifications.

You can cancel or reschedule a class through your Ballet Body account. Please note that you will only be able to do this two hours prior to class. However, we understand that things do come up, so feel free to email us and we can sort out re-scheduling if the case allows. Please be aware that there will be no refunds for any last-minute cancellations as this means someone on our waiting list may miss out on a spot.
